Controller (CPA)

The Controller will be responsible for managing the monthly and annual close processes from balance sheet reconciliations through financial statement presentation.  This individual will manage the preparation of the monthly corporate financial package, year-end tax package, and other corporate financial reporting requests.  Responsibilities will include overseeing and supporting the day-to-day accounting transactions by performing the technical accounting duties including regulatory reporting, general ledger reconciliation, and product level accounting & reporting. Assist with researching accounting treatment, maintenance of department software programs; and assist management with projects and other responsibilities. 

Director, Software Engineering

The Director of Software Engineering is pivotal in driving the strategy behind our technology platform. The Director will lead architecture and development of our applications, ensuring resilience and scalability.

You’ll report directly to the CTO and be responsible for all aspects of software engineering at Rhyze, fostering a culture of collaboration while building out industry-leading solutions.

The Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Servicing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the ongoing servicing and administration of a portfolio of commercial real estate loans. This position acts as a liaison between borrowers, internal departments, loan officers, and third-party vendors to ensure timely and accurate processing of loan-related activities. The coordinator ensures compliance with loan terms, manages post-closing requirements, and assists with risk monitoring and reporting functions throughout the life of each loan.No openings at this time.

Commercial Closing Supervisor

The Commercial Closing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the successful and timely closing of commercial real estate transactions. This role manages the closing process, ensures compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and coordinates with internal departments, external partners, and clients to facilitate smooth closings. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of commercial lending, title and escrow procedures, and closing documentation, along with leadership and organizational skills.

Associate Director, Commercial Lending

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Commercial Lender to join our Team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of complex commercial lending relationships, originating new business, and maintaining high-quality loan production. This position requires a deep knowledge of commercial credit analysis, strong relationship management skills, and a strategic approach to business development.

Commercial Underwriter

The Commercial Underwriter is responsible for analyzing, evaluating and recommending approval or denial of credit requests for commercial loan applications in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. This role involves assessing borrower financial statements, collateral, creditworthiness, and risk factors to ensure sound credit decisions that align with organizational goals. The Commercial Underwriter works closely with loan officers and other key members of the team to ensure that that required information is gathered and analyzed, to arrive at accurate and supported credit decisions.
