HR Generalist

This role will help to support our growing company by focusing on the day-to-day HR responsibilities. The role will develop and align objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture. In time, this position will coordinate the implementation of services, policies, and benefits programs in partnership with internal and external resources; and will assist and directly advise company employees and managers with regards to Human Resources issues, policies, processes, and training. 

Portfolio Manager

This position will be responsible for managing the detailed processes of executing negotiated implementations, sales activity, and ongoing due diligence needs for the Capital Market’s Partners of Rhyze (origination and investor partners). The management of these activities will include but not be limited to documentation management, coordinating the exchange of due diligence material, closing process, scheduling, and other project management related initiatives.

Controller (CPA)

The Controller will be responsible for managing the monthly and annual close processes from balance sheet reconciliations through financial statement presentation.  This individual will manage the preparation of the monthly corporate financial package, year-end tax package, and other corporate financial reporting requests.  Responsibilities will include overseeing and supporting the day-to-day accounting transactions by performing the technical accounting duties including regulatory reporting, general ledger reconciliation, and product level accounting & reporting. Assist with researching accounting treatment, maintenance of department software programs; and assist management with projects and other responsibilities. 

Business Development Representative (BDR) 

The Business Development Representative will directly support the business development initiatives of Rhyze’s Capital Markets department, which is responsible for leveraging Rhyze’s products, services, and capital markets platform to develop long term partnerships with credit unions, banks, and other financial institutions. The ideal candidate will have great verbal, personal, and written communication skills, allowing them to work with senior level executives and management both internally and externally. They will have a strong baseline understanding of the capital markets and Rhyze’s business, specifically as a Credit Union Service Organization operating in the credit union market.
