Rhyze Commercial: 

Associate Director, Commercial Lending

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Commercial Lender to join our Team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of complex commercial lending relationships, originating new business, and maintaining high-quality loan production. This position requires a deep knowledge of commercial credit analysis, strong relationship management skills, and a strategic approach to business development.

Managing Director, Rhyze Commercial

The Managing Director, Rhyze Commercial will be responsible for overseeing the commercial lending products of Rhyze Solutions. The products developed with be designed in partnership with the Capital Markets department and Capital Markets credit union partners, focusing on building products that are sustainable with a win-win-win strategy, anchored on a “liquidity first” mindset. While the routine Loan Servicing functions (billing, payment processing, escrow management, etc.) will not be a day-to-day responsibility, credit administration and portfolio management will be a critical function of this role. Cross-departmental teamwork will be critical to ensure an end-to-end platform that delivers value from the very beginning to the very end of every loan.

Rhyze Capital Markets: 

Investor Reporting Analyst

Responsible for managing the detailed processes of preparing the weekly and monthly investor reports and remittances along with related cash movements and accounting entries in accordance with a variety of partners / loan agreements. This role will be responsible for the daily loan accounting processes for Partner reporting and account reconciliation. The Investor Reporting Analyst will hold an impactful role as they prepare, review and process timely and accurate reporting/remitting/billing to our partners in accordance with the investor servicing agreements/guidelines and company polices each reporting cycle.

Portfolio Manager

Responsible for managing the end-to-end execution and ongoing support of negotiated implementations, trade management activity, and due diligence processes for Rhyze’s Capital Markets partners, including both origination and investor relationships. This role serves as a central coordination point between internal teams and external partners to ensure transactions, onboarding activities, and ongoing portfolio requirements are executed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with Rhyze’s standards.

Project Manager – Business Analyst

The Project Manager / Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting and helping to oversee assigned company initiatives through the on-going facilitation, support, and development of processes, products, and applications used to support the daily activities of the business. Responsibilities include the planning, management direction, project completion, client satisfaction, and financial outcome of assigned projects.
