Syd Libsack is Chief Executive Officer of Rhyze Solutions, leading the company’s culture, strategic vision, and development. With 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, Syd has spent the majority of that time building and managing lending programs for and in partnership with credit unions, banks, pension funds, insurance companies, and asset managers.

President & Chief Administrative Officer

As President & Chief Administrative Officer of Rhyze Solutions, Chelsea leads the team with her passionate vision for delivering capital markets solutions with a white-glove experience. Chelsea’s expertise in all areas of lending, servicing, credit administration, and capital markets is derived from her experience on both sides of the loan-trading relationship.

As CEO of Allied Solutions, Pete leads all aspects of the business, including strategic vision and development, acquisitions, key industry relationships, and the overall value proposition for clients and partners.

Jason Osterhage

President and CEO, Everwise Credit Union

Jason is President and Chief Executive Officer of Everwise Credit Union, a position he has held since March of 2022. Prior to joining Everwise, Jason accumulated broad senior leadership experience in financial services at several large and progressive cooperative banking institutions.

Andrea Lang

Independent Board Member

Andrea is a skilled advisor with diversified experiences in creating and operating startups and early-stage companies as well as optimizing business units within established enterprises. She is admitted to practice law in Iowa, Nebraska, and Wisconsin, and has been working closely with credit unions, CUSOs and other financial institutions for nearly 20 years.
