As Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Members 1st Federal Credit Union, Eric Bush has over 27 years of experience within the financial institution and credit union industries. Eric oversees all financial aspects of the organization including financial reporting, asset liability management, financial analytics, investments and everything that impacts the financial well-being of the credit union. In addition, Eric oversees the Credit Union’s entire lending group, revenue generation, and facilities functions.

Throughout his career, Jeremy has led lending operations at institutions spanning a wide range of asset sizes from $150 million to $20 billion demonstrating his ability to scale strategies and deliver results in diverse environments. His prior roles include Chief Lending Officer at Vantage West Credit Union, where he oversaw comprehensive lending initiatives, and Vice President of Consumer Lending at Alliant Credit Union, during which he managed a rapidly expanding national consumer credit business.
