Controller (CPA)

The Controller will be responsible for managing the monthly and annual close processes from balance sheet reconciliations through financial statement presentation.  This individual will manage the preparation of the monthly corporate financial package, year-end tax package, and other corporate financial reporting requests.  Responsibilities will include overseeing and supporting the day-to-day accounting transactions by performing the technical accounting duties including regulatory reporting, general ledger reconciliation, and product level accounting & reporting. Assist with researching accounting treatment, maintenance of department software programs; and assist management with projects and other responsibilities. 

Senior Software Engineer

Rhyze is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to play a pivotal role in designing and building the tech platform that will enable Rhyze to scale, offer new products and streamline business processes.  This fully remote role will be responsible for designing, developing, testing and deploying critical applications.  You will use a variety of technologies such as .NET, C#, JavaScript, React, Angular, Azure, SQL, APIs and more.  You will collaborate with company leadership, business stakeholders and other IT team members to understand requirements, provide recommended solution architecture and design approaches and then develop those solutions to drive business value.  The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, a deep understanding of software design principles, and the ability to closely collaborate with other team members.

Senior Data Engineer

Rhyze is looking for an experienced Senior Data Engineer to play a pivotal role in designing and building the data platform that will enable Rhyze to scale, offer new products and streamline business processes.  This fully remote role will be responsible for designing and building our data infrastructure.  You will collaborate with company leadership, business stakeholders and other IT team members to understand business processes, recommend data solution architecture and then develop those solutions to drive business value.  The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data architecture and modeling, data engineering, and building and maintaining B2B data integrations and interfaces all within a modern cloud data environment.

Manager, Secondary Loan Administration | Recruiting

The Manager, Secondary Loan Administration will be responsible for building, implementing, and managing the due diligence process and team required to complete the Credit and QC review related to the purchasing of mortgage loans from correspondent lenders.  The position will collaborate with internal teams and manage the loan purchase process, while working with our business development managers and correspondent banking partners to ensure “investment grade’ quality.  This role will also be responsible for building and monitoring performance reports that help guide the overall quality of the program.  All of this being done while keeping in mind the value of liquidity first and why that is important to a true program offering.

Credit / Program Compliance Analyst | Recruiting

Will be responsible for loan level due diligence required to complete the Credit and QC review related to the purchasing of mortgage loans from correspondent lenders.  This position will work with internal and external partners as they evaluate the loan quality, clear conditions, and authorize loans to be purchased.  They will also provide feedback and input on the development and monitoring of performance reports that help guide the overall quality of the program.  This position will also collaborate with our business development managers and correspondent banking partners to ensure “investment grade’ quality.
